Balance Lamp Design Victor Castanera by Oblure

The Balance lamp is designed by Victor Castanera for Oblure. It is a beautiful object on a dresser or in a cabinet, even without the lights in the two white opal glass balls on. The Balance lamp has powerful dynamics with the bulbs staying in balance in an unnatural position  The lamp is available in two versions; Black with a marble base or in copper. The lamp is 53 cm wide and 38 cm high and has an on/off switch on the cord. The Balance table lamp is an absolute eye-catcher in every modern interior.

Victor Castanera

Victor Castanera is a Spanish designer, he graduated from Elisava school of design in 2012 with an erasmus program at Politecnico di Milano. His love to experiment and search for the different and emotional often results in the use of new techniques and materials. Living and working in Barcelona the mediterranean culture is a big inspiration as well as his passion for the nature and the sea. The Balance lamp is Victor Castaneras first product for Oblure.

LED

The Balance lamp will be delivered with two environment-friendly LED light sources. For the small bulb a 2W LED light source and the big one 3, 5W LED light source. The light output of these light sources corresponds to the output of a conventional 40W light bulb  The color of the light is 2700 k, we experience this as warm light.

Oblure is the union between the words object and allure, which is the core of the brand – to make alluring objects. The brand is founded and based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We produce, market and sell lighting products and objects in collaboration with internationally known designers.
