Description
AVS Floor lamp Design Anna von Schewen by Bsweden
The AVS Floor Lamp is designed by Anna von Schewen for Bsweden. The idea for the AVS lamps arose when Anna wanted to design the classic pleated lampshade in a more modern material. The prototype was formed three-dimensionally in paper. The next step was to make the shade in metal and the AVS Lamp was a fact. The light can escape through the openings and the surface comes to life, this is the new metal version of the classic textile lampshade. The lamp is 141 cm high and has a diameter of 36 cm and is available in white or orange.
Anna von Schewen
Anna von Schewen graduated in interior architecture and furniture design in 1995 after studying at Helsinki University of Art and Design. In 1997 she started her own design studio, “Anna von Schewen Design and Architecture” in Stockholm. She has designed furniture for De Padova, Zanotta and Arflex and now this beautiful AVS series for Bsweden.
LED
The light source of the AVS Floor lamp is a 6 Watt LED light source corresponding to the light output of a 60 Watt conventional light bulb. The color of the light is 2700 K, we experience this as warm white light. The LED Light source is included with the lamp.
